Small businesses deserve the same SEO opportunities as big corporations, without the traditional barriers of cost and complexity.

The Journey Begins

I've been running client blogs for the past two years, and one of the most time-consuming tasks has been manually outreaching to other blogs, either for collaborations or to present new free tools I've developed.

I know, sending emails to blog owners asking for backlinks and praying they don't land in spam folders might sound like an outdated strategy, but I consistently got 3-4 backlinks per month this way - from real blogs with traffic, not from free directories.

The Challenge

Creating just one of these successful outreach emails took me at least 30 minutes. Why? Because I needed to think about:

  • Which strategy to apply: Skyscraper, SEO improvement suggestions, broken link building, etc.
  • Content selected: Which article or free tool of mine recommend them
  • The value proposition: How my content can help them and their audience
  • Recipient's information: The recipient's name, email, interests, location and everything possible for more personalization

And that's not even counting the time spent finding suitable sites…

The Reality Check

"So, you're spending 30 minutes on an email that'll probably be ignored?"

Maybe, but if it doesn't get ignored could result in a blog owner not only including a backlink to your site for FREE, but recording and uploading a video of how your free tool works. (Yep, I got this backlink with a cold email).

The Solution

I had found a working strategy, but 2 emails per hour was killing my productivity. I needed to automate this process.

That's when I came across Respona and Pitchbox, both are platforms that solve this issue. However, the pricing is absurd… $200/m for finding and contacting blog owners… what???

And that's when I decided to build my own tool, a tool that would be easy to use, affordable, and most importantly, effective.

Welcome to LinkyLeap, where we make backlinking easy and affordable.
